Summary of Position:

This position is responsible for meeting performance expectations in the areas of account management, service excellence, and resource utilization. The role requires frequent interaction with medical facilities via multiple communication methods; including daily phone contact for available schedules to facilities, following through with pool of candidates for open positions; ensuring that candidates and facilities are properly matched for need, license, and availability; maintaining good reputation with facilities who contract with ASAP-Medical Staffing.

Compensation:

  • $40,000.00 base pay +commission paid weekly
  • On Target Earning (OTE) for first year is $60,000.00
  • Uncapped total compensation

Position duties:

  • Manage and develop great relationships with assigned facilities.
  • Increase quarter over quarter billing and hours per each client.
  • Continuously ask clients for additional business.
  • Fill shifts on an as needed basis and develop PRN shifts into long-term, on-going business.
  • Maintain constant communication with assigned facilities and the point of contacts.
  • Call and email daily for feedback on candidates and available shifts.
  • Process candidates from recruiters to clients to ensure candidates match a job.
  • Handle all issues from facility and candidate and escalate issues to the Director of Staffing when necessary.
  • Obtain performance evaluations for candidates and assess our facilities are happy with ASAP employees.
  • Address and relay credentialing and payroll issues as needed.
  • On-Call rotation required
  • Must meet minimum quotas
